Zuna Group follows a return and exchange policy in accordance with the laws and regulations established by the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as follows:

3. The specifications in the product list do not match
. If the product bears a counterfeit trademark, misleading the customer regarding the source of that product.
4. In the event of tampering with the product – Tampering with the Product
. If there is tampering with the quantity, size, energy, weight, or source of the product.

Zona Group sets a 5-day period for exchanges and a 3-day period for returns; consumers are not entitled to avail themselves of this policy after the specified period has expired, in accordance with the law of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
Requirements – Conditions for Return and Exchange
. The product must be in its original condition and free from damage.
The product must exactly match what was sold without any alterations.
. The purchase invoice must be presented.
Return Costs- Return Costs:
If the order is canceled after it has been shipped by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as any return fees, if applicable.
. Electronic payment fees may be deducted upon order cancellation.
