Return and Exchange Policy

Zuna Group follows a return and exchange policy in accordance with the laws and regulations established by the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as follows:

2. In the event of a discrepancy in commercial data –  Discrepancy in Commercial Data


3. The specifications in the product list do not match


. If the product bears a counterfeit trademark, misleading the customer regarding the source of that product.

4. In the event of tampering with the product –  Tampering with the Product


. If there is tampering with the quantity, size, energy, weight, or source of the product.

Timeframe for the Return and Exchange Policy – Timeframe for Return and Exchange Policy

Zona Group sets a 5-day period for exchanges and a 3-day period for returns; consumers are not entitled to avail themselves of this policy after the specified period has expired, in accordance with the law of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.

Requirements – Conditions for Return and Exchange


  1. . The product must be in its original condition and free from damage.

  2. The product must exactly match what was sold without any alterations.

  3. . The purchase invoice must be presented.

Return Costs- Return Costs:



  • If the order is canceled after it has been shipped by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as any return fees, if applicable.

  • . Electronic payment fees may be deducted upon order cancellation.
